Telecom Council's 2022 Innovation Showcase Demo Day matches exceptional, communications industry startups with strategic fitting telcos, vendors, investors, and potential partners.

Join Telecom Council members, telcos representing over 3B customers across 40 countries, and the vendors and investors that support innovation across the communications industry as we introduce the young companies named as the Innovation Showcase Class of 2022. 

INNOVATION SHOWCASE DEMO DAY

This unique event not only delivers a glimpse of the innovations shaping the future telecommunications landscape, but gives insight into how telcos scout for, qualify, and implement technology. On May 10, the Class of 2022 introduce their propositions in fast-paced, dynamic pitches followed by hands-on demos and live meetings facilitated by our proven MatchMaker Meeting Service.  Introductions continue on May 11 as our MatchMaker moves online for additional one-on-one meetings.

• Telco Roundtable – Interactive discussion between telco tech scouts from North America, Europe and Asia. Listen in for an insider's view of how to work with global network operators and what they are looking for now.
• Product Pitches – Over 2 hours of dynamic, concise company introductions, from carefully curated communications startups.
• Demos & Exhibits – Class of 2022 companies, Showcase alumni, and select startups with relevant technology to demonstate can use in-room demo tables and/or the in-portal product directory.
• Private Introductions – Participants in the MatchMaker Service follow the morning's agenda with 2 days of  private, curated meetings of mutual interest to move conversations with potential partners forward quickly. 

MATCHMAKER MEETING SERVICE

After the rapid-fire pitches, follow up with private meetings - the next step in the business development process. Participating innovation scouts are committed to working with startups and using the service to schedule meetings and ready to explore new partnerships.

Meetings take place onsite immediately after the presentations on May 10th, and online, all day, on May 11th.

• Move Discussions Forward - Matchmaker meetings are a bridge between a 5-minute pitch and a full-length business discussion.
• Qualified Results - Members dedicate hours to meeting new companies via the MatchMaker; scheduling 20 meetings is not unusual for them.
• Request Meetings - Review the credentials and priorities of members and participants before you request 15-minute followup meetings.
• Accept Meetings - Review background information on companies requesting to meet to qualify if you want to give them up to 15 minutes of your time.
• Establish Synergy - Upload demos and documents prior to your meeting to optimize the face-to-face discussion.

This is a live, interactive meeting available to attend in-person in Silicon Valley or online in our Virtual Meeting Room.

  Registration includes participation, onsite or online networking, pitches & demos, and complete agenda with attendee list. Contact information, presentations, and introductions are not included.

OPTIONS

• MATCHMAKER MEETING SERVICE: $2000 (free for Telecom Council members)
  Add the MatchMaker Meeting Service to schedule 15-minute video meetings with peers and carriers, kick off conversations with the in-portal messaging system, loop in colleagues to maximize conversations when you share the meeting link. Full access to Telecom Council Portal to research companies, view demos, and review exhibits.
• DEMO TABLE: $1000
  Showcase your technology to onsite and online attendees with a dedicated table in our demo area and a page in our online product directory to promote discussions on integrating or adopting your product or solution. In-room demo tables are 30” round / 42" tall cocktail table with black linen, power, and Wi-Fi when available, and signed with your logo.

MEETING FORMAT

This meeting is available to attend onsite in Silicon Valley or online in our virtual meeting room. This is a live and interactive meeting with dynamic Q&A and networking.

Our meetings are not recorded, though members can access the presentations and attendee list through our library.

VENUE

Telecom Council meetings are hosted by companies around the Silicon Valley who are leading the way in communications innovation. Host requirements include meeting facilities for 50 executives, catering, AV and tech support, and hosts benefit in many ways when they welcome this community to their offices and share their industry leadership. REMOTE ACCESS

Online tickets are available until midnight prior to the meeting. Online ticket holders receive their private link to Telecom Council’s Virtual Meeting Room via email 24 hours before the meeting.
